Next week our class will be going on a field trip to the very place where our salmon eggs came from: the Seymour River Fish Hatchery.
In preparation for this, we reviewed two ideas that we'll be investigating at the Hatchery: what makes for a healthy stream for salmon, and something about the food (aquatic insects) that young salmon fry eat.
