Sentence Combining (due Tuesday)

Try combining and rearranging these phrases to make for longer, less repetitive  sentences.

Bob pulled his dog’s leash. It was an old leather leash. The dog did not want to move. The dog was big. The buckle on the leash was silver. The buckle was small. The buckle was weak. The dog raised his head. He sniffed. His head was big. His eyes locked onto something it was a squirrel. He bolted, leaving the leash behind.
